Johnny, originally from Salt Lake City Utah, recently moved to Costa Rica
in 2023 after realizing the dream of building a home with his wife Conny in Mal Pais.
A lifelong competitive skier and dedicated outdoorsman in the Rocky Mountains, he decided it was time for a change and a new adventure. After 19 years of visiting the Mal Pais/Santa Teresa area, cementing many close friendships, connections, and a growing knowledge of the area, Johnny looks forward to helping you find and realize your dream home or investment property in Costa Rica.
